Few reputed brands said they’re going to not cancel the order but the truth is different.

H&M, Inditex and Target responded that they might be committed to their suppliers, but didn’t provide a deadline to verify once they would buy the order or whether or not they had already paid; C&A says its goal is to “deliver as many orders as are commercially viable”; and therefore the Bestseller says it’ll do its “best” to survive promisingly.
